I wholeheartedly know our space can positively impact our riders lives in a BIG way. We take so much pride in that and work extremely hard to live this out every day.
Days before our big opening we received notice that our space would be delayed, our bikes were lost overseas and our sound equipment could not be installed. We ended up borrowing 25 used bikes, rented an abandoned warehouse, borrowed two speakers and put out a facebook post that we were “open” in the underground Vault. To this day those rides are some of the most wild energy I’ve ever witnessed. After obsessing on every detail prior to opening, this was my realization. It's not about the space or the bikes, it’s always been about the people.

If you are wanting to cancel your membership after you have fulfilled your 6 month commitmentsimply contact us via email with at least 7 days notice from your next scheduled payment. You will receivean emailing confirming your cancellation when it has been completed. Memberships are paid in advanceso no refunds can be awarded once the transaction has been made if you fail to advise within the 7 days.
