This is the Privacy Policy of Vault Cycle Club. This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you use our streaming service, through our website or any of our branded apps (together, the “Service”).

LIABILITY WAIVER

I/We hereby understand and acknowledge that the training, programs and events held by The Vault Cycle Club LTD. / Vault Cycle Club may expose me to many inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, injury, illness, or even death.  I/We assume all risk of injuries with participation including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, the effects of a heated or cold room during a workout, and all other such risks being known and appreciated by me.
I/We hereby acknowledge my responsibility in communicating any physical and psychological concerns that might conflict with participation in activity. I/We acknowledge that I am physically fit and mentally capable of performing the physical activity I choose to participate in.
After having read this waiver and knowing these facts, and in consideration of acceptance of my participation and Vault Cycle Club furnishings services to me, I agree, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, to HOLD HARMLESS, WAIVE AND RELEASE The Vault Cycle Club LTD. its officers, agents, employees, organizers, representatives, and successors from any responsibility, liabilities, demands, or claims of any kind arising out of my participation in Vault Cycle Club training, programs and/or events.
By my signature I/We indicate that I/We have read and understood this Waiver of Liability. I am aware that this is a waiver and a release of liability and I voluntary agree to its terms.

ACCOUNT REGISTRATION INFORMATION

In order to sign up for a free trial or make a purchase, you must create an account by providing us with your email address and a password. You may also create a username and upload an avatar to use for comments or forums.

If you are wanting to cancel your membership after you have fulfilled your 6 month commitmentsimply contact us via email with at least 7 days notice from your next scheduled payment. You will receivean emailing confirming your cancellation when it has been completed. Memberships are paid in advanceso no refunds can be awarded once the transaction has been made if you fail to advise within the 7 days.

CAN I FREEZE MY // MEMBERSHIP?

All of our memberships are a minimum commitment of 6 months. If you are wanting to cancel your membership after you have fulfilled your 6 month commitment simply contact us via email with at least 7 days notice from your next scheduled payment. You will receive an emailing confirming your cancellation when it has been completed. Memberships are paid in advance so no refunds can be awarded once the transaction has been made if you fail to advise within the 7 days.
