HOW DO MEMBERSHIPS // WORK?

If you are wanting to cancel your membership after you have fulfilled your 6 month commitmentsimply contact us via email with at least 7 days notice from your next scheduled payment. All of our memberships are a minimum commitment of 6 months. If you are wanting to cancel your membership after you have fulfilled your 6 month commitment simply contact us via email with at least 7 days notice from your next scheduled payment. You will receive an emailing confirming your cancellation when it has been completed. Memberships are paid in advance so no refunds can be awarded once the transaction has been made if you fail to advise within the 7 days.

CAN I FREEZE MY MEMBERSHIP?

You can freeze your membership up to 3 times per calendar year if needed. To temporarily freeze your membership, please email us with the exact start and end dates of your requested freeze. *Freezing your membership may adjust your monthly billing Date.

DO RIDE CREDITS  EXPIRE?

Regular ride credits purchased at regular price will expire 1 year from purchase date. Reduced price credit packages are subject to firm expiration dates that vary by package but will always be communicated clearly at time of purchase.

HOW DO GUEST PASSES  WORK?

Your guest pass is for sharing the fun with a friend! If you book yourself with it, we’ll switch your booking to use your own ride credits instead. If you don’t have any ride credits, a drop in ride credit will be charged to your account to secure your reservation.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN I BOOK  MY RIDE?

Set your alarm! Booking for the next week goes live every Thursday at noon.

HOW DOES THE WAITLIST  WORK?

The ride you wanted to attend is booked up? No worries. You can add yourself to the waitlist and we’ll send you an email if a spot opens up. You have to have a credit in your account to add yourself to the waitlist but if you don’t get in the credit will be put back in your account. You will automatically be added to the ride if a spot opens up two hours before the ride starts. If you’re waitlisted for a 6:00am ride and someone drops at midnight you’ll still be added. That means you either need to commit to waking up in hopes of getting in or remove yourself from the waitlist by logging on to your online Profile.

Can’t make it?

If your plans change and you can’t make your ride anymore don’t fret. If you cancel at least 12 hours before your ride, the credit will be put back in your account. Unlimited riders will be charged $15 for late cancels and $20 for no-shows. You can cancel your ride by logging into your online profile or giving the club a call.

FIRST RIDE CHECKLIST

ARRIVE EARLY

Get here at least 15 minutes early. We’ll show you around, help you set up, and answer questions.

SIGN IN

Our People Team will be waiting for you at the front door ready to check you in, show you the ropes and answer any questions.

CLIP IN

We ride clipped in for power, performance, and safety. Shoes are included, but if you have your own, bring them. Our bikes fit SPD or Look Delta cleats.

WATER

We have ice cold distilled water available on tap

LOCKERS

Our lockers have built-in keypads. We’ll show you how they work when you arrive.

WE GOT YOU

Our team is there for you every step of the way, from check in, to studio walk through to setting your bike up. Your win is our win. 

We start on time and we want you to have the best possible experience! Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your 1st ride so we can show you around and help you get set up for success. What to bring: water bottle, clothes you can sweat comfortably in, your energy! We can’t wait to ride with you!

ALL LOVE.

Lead with kindness. High fives, towel waves, positive affirmations and hugs are highlyencouraged.

WE RIDE TOGETHER.

We ride together, to the beat, and harder than anyone else. While individuality isencouraged, please avoid the front row if you prefer to ride independently.

LOG OFF AND RIDE.

The vault is a screen free zone, leave your distractions behind by keeping cell phones in
your lockers and smart watches either turned off or in theatre mode. If needed, leave
your phone with our People Team and we will make sure to notify you of any urgent
messages.

FOCUS ON YOUR RIDE.

Please limit the amount of talking during your ride, conversations in the room can bedistracting to other riders who are focused on their ride.

LAUNDRY CHECK.

We ride together and feed off your energy. Please ensure we are practicing goodhygiene, our washrooms are always stocked with deodorant and products if you’re everin a pinch.

LOST FOUND

Vault Cycle Club is not responsible for forgotten, lost, stolen or mistakenly swapped items. Please use the locks provided on our lockers to secure your items. Found items will be placed in our lost & found bin and donated if unclaimed within 30 days.

REFUNDS

Membership fees and all ride credits and ride credit packages (including special event credits) are final sale. Clothing and other merchandise items can be returned for account credit only. To be eligible for return, items must be in unused condition.

Retail Returns and Exchanges

There are two different methods of purchasing retail items at Vault Cycle Club: in-studio or on our website. Return policies vary depending on the method of purchase. Please see our helpful guidelines for making a return below!

FOR IN-STUDIO PURCHASES:
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, unwashed and unworn with all original packaging
  • All purchases must be made under your own Vault Cycle Club account. Our People Team can easily look it up in your purchase history!
  • If you do not have a Vault Cycle Club account and checked out as a guest, you must have the full receipt present when making your return.
  • Was this item a gift? You can still return! We just need the full receipt to issue the return.
  • Clothing and other merchandise items can be returned for account credit only. To be eligible for return, items must be in unused condition.

FOR WEBSITE or APP PURCHASES:
  • Online purchases can be returned by emailing info@vaultclub.ca to request a return address. Please allow a 3-5 business days after receipt for our warehouse to process and inspect the return, before a refund can be issued.
  • After the return is processed, you will receive a refund to the original payment method.
