WAITLIST

Ride booked up? No sweat.
Join the waitlist (you’ll need a credit in your account). If a spot opens less than 2 hours before ride time, you’ll be automatically added — so plan accordingly or remove yourself in advance."

CANCELING

Change of plans? No worries.
Cancel at least 12 hours ahead and your credit goes back into your account. Unlimited riders will be charged $15 for late cancellations and $20 for no-shows.
Cancel online or give us a call. We get it. Life happens.

FIRST RIDE CHECKLIST

ARRIVE EARLY

Get here at least 15 minutes early. We’ll show you around, help you set up, and answer questions.

SIGN IN

Our People Team will be waiting for you at the front door ready to check you in, show you the ropes and answer any questions.

CLIP IN

We ride clipped in for power, performance, and safety. Shoes are included, but if you have your own, bring them. Our bikes fit SPD or Look Delta cleats.

WATER

We have ice cold distilled water available on tap

LOCKERS

Our lockers have built-in keypads. We’ll show you how they work when you arrive.

WE GOT YOU

Our team is there for you every step of the way, from check in, to studio walk through to setting your bike up. Your win is our win. 

THE PLAYLIST

Our Motivators curate playlists built to move you. All designed to give you the best possible experience. You’ll feel the music, not just hear it.

MEASURE YOUR PROGRESS

After your ride, we’ll email you your stats. You’ll also be able to access all your ride performance through our app, seamlessly.

HOW DO MEMBERSHIPS // WORK?

If you are wanting to cancel your membership after you have fulfilled your 6 month commitmentsimply contact us via email with at least 7 days notice from your next scheduled payment. You will receivean emailing confirming your cancellation when it has been completed. Memberships are paid in advanceso no refunds can be awarded once the transaction has been made if you fail to advise within the 7 days.

All of our memberships are a minimum commitment of 6 months.
