I do what I do because I genuinely love our community and our incredible team. Taking care of people and building real, meaningful relationships with our riders is what keeps me excited to show up every day. I’m so proud of the space we’ve created and there’s honestly nowhere else I’d rather be.
One of my favourite memories is bringing my son Finn to his very first ride. He was so welcomed, celebrated, and embraced by everyone from the moment he walked in. I was so proud of him for overcoming his nervousness and just as proud of our incredible team and community for making him feel so special. That day completely filled my heart up and reminded me why the Vault experience is truly unmatched. It’s not just about the ride but being part of this means belonging to something so much bigger 💗

If you are wanting to cancel your membership after you have fulfilled your 6 month commitmentsimply contact us via email with at least 7 days notice from your next scheduled payment. You will receivean emailing confirming your cancellation when it has been completed. Memberships are paid in advanceso no refunds can be awarded once the transaction has been made if you fail to advise within the 7 days.
